Introduction. Urethral diverticulum in women is one of the rarest urological diseases, its frequency ranges from 0.02 to 6%. Urethral diverticulum clinically manifests itself in patients between the third and fourth decades of life and its diagnosis is often difficult because urethral diverticulum can mimic other pelvic floor diseases. Often, incorrect diagnosis leads to the prescription of erroneous treatment for recurrent urinary infection, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, etc.

Objective. Since the firstcases of Coronavirus Disease were detected in Wuhan (Hubei Province, China) in December 2019, the spread distribution of COVID-19 has expanded so much that the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic.

Specifics of current legal framework for the use of novel telemedicine technologies in healthcare system of the state are discussed in this article. Integration of telemedicine into clinical practice and education is demonstrated. Most important and effective examples of implemented telemedicine technology are given from the perspective of evidence-based medicine and economics.

INTRODACTION AND OBJECTIVES: The aim of the survey was to gain information on current acute urinary retention (AUR) treatment in Moscow urology departments.

In this study we have investigated the influence of sodium hypochlorite (SH) on the blood leukocytes in rats (experimental part) and the possible applications of SH in patients with acute pyelonephritis. Experimental part was performed on 35 white inbreed male rats. Clinical part included 2 groups of patients from urological clinic.

The basement of medical professional formation is postgraduate education, which at present day for a number of reasons do not manage the task of training of high qualified medical professionals. Existing postgraduate educational system in Russia wasn't reformed for more than 40 years!

A lot of attention has been paid to evaluation of host immune system status for prognosis of acute pyelonephritis and system inflammatory response. It is known that strength and quality of the host immune response depend on balance between apoptosis and cell proliferation processes.
