Treatment Fournier’s gangrene (FG) is a multidimensional and multidisciplinary; it begins immediately on admission to the surgical ward. Any delay in the initiation of the treatment of FG is associated with a high probability of death due to sepsis and multiple organ failure. The cornerstone in the treatment of FG is emergency surgery combined with a powerful antibacterial and anti-shock therapy. Surgical tactics include multiple sanitary necrectomy using top cuts, opening and drainage abscesses and soft tissue abscesses anogenital region.

In the literature review the systematization of clinical and laboratory data pattern lightning scrotum gangrene – Fournier’s gangrene (FG) is showed, expands upon the course and stage of disease are discussed. The clinical course of FG has four successive stages of the disease: prodromal phase, of 1 – 12 days (mean, 1 – 2 days), early phase (the first 10 – 12 hours and up to 4 days), late phase (more than 12 – 14 hours and up to 4 – 12 days) and reparative phase (over 12 – 14 days).

Fournier’s gangrene (FG) is extremely rare acute surgical disease, characterized by rapid progression and high mortality (up to 80%). Over the last decade, the incidence of FG increased by 2.2 6.4 times, which is associated with an increase in the number immunocompromised patients. The average age of patients with FG steadily increased and is 55.5 years. Local predisposing factors include anatomical features of the structure and blood supply of genitals and perineum.

The fulminant gangrene of the scrotum or Fournier’s gangrene (FG) is a rare form of necrotizing fasciitis of soft tissues of the anogenital region, characterized by a rapid course and high mortality. In this review the possibility of different radiological methods, the indications for their use in FG are discussed in detail. Comparative analysis of the diagnostic value of different radiological methods and their place in the diagnostic algorithm of this disease are considered.

Inguinal suppurative funiculitis (ISF) is a rare disease with unclear etiopathogenesis. In this regard, each case ISF deserves attention and discussion. The 2 cases of ISF, namely the patient aged 42 years with latent urogenital infection and the patient aged 63 years, who underwent radical prostatectomy complicated by septic pelvic lymphocele are described in this article.The ISF proceeded as acute surgical disease inguinal-scrotal region and caused considerable diagnostic difficulties.

In clinical practice the spermatic cord abscess is uncommon and is not enough studied or understood by a wide range of radiologists, surgeons and urologists diseases. The article presents a rare case of abscess scrotal part of the spermatic cord, complicated external scrotal fistula, acute purulent deferentitis and epididymitis, 70-year-old patient who is 2.5 months ago underwent enucleation of cyst of the head of the epididymis.

Deferentitis and funiculitis belong to the poorly studied or understood by a wide range of radiologists, surgeons and urologists diseases. They are often observed in men of reproductive age, for these diseases may be complicated excretory form of male infertility. Currently, we can distinguish 4 groups of inflammatory diseases of the vas deferens and the spermatic cord, occurring in clinical practice: an autoimmune deferentitis and funiculitis, primary infection (surgical) funiculitis, secondary infectious (urology) deferentitis and endemic funiculitis.

The article reports results of sensitivity analysis to a new antibiotic tigecycline (group of glycyl-cyclines) of 1210 strains of the most common causative agents of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system.
